I had an amazing experience! I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friends and soon after realized she would be out of town when they were supposed to be delivered. I was expecting to have to cancel but instead I was met with total understanding. My emails were answered quickly and I was able to move the date as well as the note AND address. I was so incredibly happy with the customer service and could not recommend this flower company enough. Thank you!!
