The customer service of Oyrosy has been superb. I purchased a beautiful suit that i received and was so large that it was falling off Had purchased a small since the website description stated that the item ran small).…i sent Oyrosy’s customer service and email expressing my discontent. The next day I received a response, saying that they would replace the item with an extra small. I asked how best to return the merchandise that did not fit and they stated that i should keep it and the new outfit would be sent out promptly with no shipping charge. They couldn’t have been nicer and I look forward to receiving the new merchandise.
