I did not purchase from here but they appear to be the same operation as Sheenplace.com, using identical product images and descriptions. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED - MISLEADING "KNITTED" CLAIM I ordered what was advertised as a "knitted" cardigan (product description clearly stated "Process: Knitted" and showed images of textured knit fabric). What arrived was a thin jacket with a printed/digitally applied design - not knitted at all. This is deliberate misrepresentation. The product listing and images suggest genuine knitted textile, but the actual item is completely different material and construction. When I requested a return, they: 1. Required me to pay return shipping to China (£20+) 2. Offered a 10% discount to keep the misrepresented item instead 3. Refused to provide a prepaid return label despite the product not matching their description Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, sellers must cover return costs when goods are not as described. They ignored this legal obligation. For a £37.60 item, return shipping would cost £20+, making returns deliberately uneconomical. This appears to be their business model: misrepresent products, then make returns too expensive to be worthwhile. AVOID THIS SELLER. The "knitted" description is false advertising.
