Kendra is GREAT
Kendra was very helpful with canceling my subscription. Not only did she refund me for the current month, but she was able to see where I requested for cancelation before and offered to refund me for that month, as well. I did not expect this, but that's what goin the extra mile is. That's the difference between good and great customer service. She is awesome!
