As a seller
As a seller, I sold something and I can't get my payment as Carousell only transfer to limited banks in Hong Kong and major banks are excluded in the list.Contacted the support team, basically no support as all answers are in single line and no resolution. I almost feel that Carousell is doing this intentionally so that seller is not compensated. Furthermore my buyer cannot refund. Clearly Carousell is not ready to operate in Hong Kong.
