Scammed.
On July 15, 2022 Banyan Hill subscribers received an email that their guru, Paul Mampilly, was retiring from BH. I had a lifetime subscription to True Momentum that I paid $3k for in 2019. When I requested a pro-rated refund, I was flatly refused because someone else was continuing TM. I explained that I signed up for Paul Mampilly, not the 27 year old that was taking over the service. Here's where it gets interesting. When I persisted with the customer service agent about the refund, he told me that I wouldn't know the difference with my service because Mampilly was just "the face" of the service and that "a team" made the actual stock picks. That made me want to cancel even more because I was lied to. Or more appropriately, scammed. Anyway, I am done with BH. In my opinion they are only interested in selling subscriptions, even if they have to lie.
