I just want to start off by saying run away from Tuttio
I just want to start off by saying Tuttio does not honor their warranty. The support team will ghost you when you start asking about it.Their hub motor are junk, controller also junk and they know it and it has been a big problem.I have reached out to them multiple times with no resolution. At this time I will be filling a case with BBB.
