Not worth a penny !!!!!
Bought these without seeing any reviews and I wouldn’t pay 20p for them as they are useless !!!! No instructions, no gel, no mould and no way of using them at all. I bought 2 sets with 2 free and wasted £40 No way of obtaining a refund but I will do my best
