Ineffective Products, Lack of Customer Service
I was genuinely excited to try their products, especially given all of the positive reviews, but was very disappointed by their lack of customer service even from the start. First, their shipping process is SLOW. My product wasn't shipped for a long time and when I reached out via my member portal to let them know, I received no response. It wasn't until I filed a credit card dispute that I even got any correspondence from Proven. Just based on this, I had already wanted to cancel my subscription. However, the products only validated my desire for cancelation. The day cream is cakey and does not absorb at all. Their night cream smells foul. I couldn't tolerate this product for more than a few days. The price for this skin care regimen is expensive, especially given the lack of customer service throughout the process. Buyer beware; I would recommend purchasing with caution!
