Used to love the site, bit of a mixed bag now
Like the service as I have been using it for a number of years. However when updating my Ultimate Xbox pass for 24 months (through Core) I came to the conclusion it was not a ratio of 1:1. When speaking about this with Livekaarten it was more made clear it was my problem and they indicated that there was a conversion of 24 months = 8 months. Which was also incorrect. Upon asking them to at least update their own information (on the Dutch site) I got no response. The conclusion was that I should go to Microsoft about this, which was not my point at all. I wanted them to add the conversion rate to their product information and also apply the correct one. Sending me away gave me a negative experience. But based on previous experiences I still would give them 3 stars. Buyer beware, so first check external sites as the information provided is missing essential information (conversion ratio)
