Clear workflow and takes pride in work
I would like to thank Betty and team for their professionalism. From sourcing of my items, negotiating with suppliers, secure packaging of parcels, order tracking and billing, they are more organized than other service providers that I have tried. I have no problems communicating in English via email or text which is a huge plus for me. Gone were the days when I need to use google translate to guess the replies from logistics partners. They helped me with all the mundane logistics admin which I dread. Now I only need to deal with one person and everything gets done. Would highly recommend Betty and team from Xianchao.
