SCAM!
SCAM!! Placed an order totalling £17.99. These fraudsters took TWO seperate amounts from my account totalling £92. 500% more than I authorised. Neither amount was even for £17.99. I have a screenshot confirming the stated price as £17.99. I Immediately demanded a refund whereby I was fobbed off with 'extras' and vouchers and other deflectionary crap. Not once did these fraudsters deny the fact they'd taken £92 from my account rather than the authorised £17.99. Since informing them of my escalating the matter to my bank and to law enforcement they've gone silent. DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE, FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Edit: Raised dispute with my bank. My bank immediately refunded me the monies fraudulently taken by this company minus the £17.99 I had authorised. Would you believe, 10mins later (after 24hrs+ of complete communication blackout from them) these fraudsters messaged me agreeing to cancel my order and refund me in full. My advice if you have been unfortunate enough to fall for this SCAM, bypass the delaying and deflection tactics of these fraudsters and go straight to your bank.
