I received the item in a completely different colour
I received the item in a completely different colour and didn’t get my free gift as they advertised. Instead I was charged! tried to contact company thru chat and email and phone all unable to get thru - tried to send pics as requested chat does not work - now if I return it I have to repack again it was a heavy item still no response. Bad customer service.
