Villa Gaston is 1 big disappointment
Villa Gaston is 1 big disappointment. The house looks 3 times bigger in the pictures than in real life. The outdoor area is well spacious but the house is a box. All the rooms are located close to each other. In the pictures the villa seems to have 2 floors but in reality you only have access to 1 floor. The decor is old and so is the furniture. The shutter of one room did not even open. We had to use a stone to open the lock on the outside door so that we could get the car in. This is all because the villa has not been booked for a long time and during our stay we knew why that was. The staff are friendly but did not resolve all our complaints. We have never had so many mosquito bites. We were completely covered in mosquito bites because the villa is located high up. In the end, the villa is not worth the money.
