Less than a week and can’t go 24 hours without issues
I paid for a server on Friday for a 16 slot Palworld server for a year. It’s currently Wednesday and I’ve had 3 support tickets because it’s completely unplayable either it goes down or it rubber bands something awful. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed and at the moment would not recommend this service to anyone. I will update to say support has been amazing. They respond quickly for the most part even if they can’t fix it immediately. I’m willing to update my review if the issues can be fixed and I will give them a second star just for being responsive. Edit: I updated to 4 stars and will continue to update the review if needed. I am impressed by their response time and since my last issue I have not had continued issues after a move they applied. I appreciate the availability of support and their responsiveness. They have tried to make things right.
