Total scam
Total scam. Signed up for premium and sent hard earned money for NOTHING. You can only email. Not customer service phone. I have zero proof anything was ever sent to my bank and my negotiations showed pending for over six months. Not a dime back from my bank. Not a single thing ever done. I don’t believe they are actually doing anything and I am going to file complaints to BBB and maybe stop others from getting scammed!
