Was very pleased with Citywatches; their service was excellent when I was forced to return a watch that had a number deficiencies. Would like to think that I was just unlucky in being send this faulty watch. Unfortunately, my return post took three weeks, despite this Citywatches kept communicating with me throughout. The refund was executed very quickly and without question. They also allowed further discount on my next purchase which I have just received and am very pleased about. Overall, great service.
