I've been playing for over a year now n I've only ever won site credit witch I understand I'm never guaranteed to win anything but I finally win 1 of the mystery prizes at £1.99 a ticket it's half way up the list so I'm excited to finally win something for once, it's a car air freshener, maybe I shouldn't be greedy it's not like I expected a car or anything but a air freshener seriously, I'm done with 7 days performance now I'll be closing my account today, honestly gutted. UPDATE: just received a email with a load of nonsense tbh and there customer service skills are shocking very very rude and now they've blocked my account witch I was gonna do myself but I mean shows what they're like, I'm just confused as I still have tickets in competitions will I get this money bk or how would I know I'd I've even won as I can't login now
