Customer service A+, BMS problem fix
I received a 48v 100Ah wall mount battery and the cell voltages were not properly balanced. Wattcycle reviewed images of the battery display and determined that the BMS was not working properly. Erin helped me with the problem and they quickly sent me a replacement battery. Sometimes components don’t function as intended, and great customer service is how those problems get resolved properly. Thanks Erin and the entire Wattcycle team for taking care of my issue. Well done!
