Bumps in the road with........
I have been very happy with the customer service as well as the product line, but a situation has occurred recently. On two separate order , a few weeks apart, when the delivery tag was attached to the package it had left off the street number on two different orders. Finally, after asking several times for the tracking id, I was able to see the problem immediately. Whom ever typed up the label did not include the address number. This has happened on both missing packages. It has taken more than 6 weeks to receive the first missing pkge. I am still waiting for the 2nd pkge. Going on 7 weeks as well
