Customer Service is HORRIBLE
I actually love the pants, however, your customer service is horrible. I purchased one pair of your pants and fell in love, and decided to order 4 more pairs. I only received 2 pairs, and they were the wrong size. So I spent $169 and got basically nothing I can use. I followed your directions of emailing customer service and haven't received anything. Not even.....we reviewing this, and we will get back to you. NOTHING.
