Amazing! Help me reduce my commitment, while improving coverage
initially didn’t want to engage another financial advisor as mostly are pushy, but then I thought let’s give it a shot. We were paired with Xavier Tan who looked at my portfolio, understood the concerns I have (which was to reduce my commitment of payments, while either have same or better coverage). We found Xavier was fast, very detailed, not trying to sell any product but giving his view, I really appreciated the calculation sheet he brought to me showing, how I can cut down some of my commitment, while improving my coverage and still have freedom for my money to invest on my own. He helped me cut quite a lot, and through discussions I learnt more about various products which I already have, why I have them, which compliments what, how they work etc. Another good thing, he didn’t take much of our time, cut straight to requirements, needs, then guided us what we would need and what we don’t need rather spending hours and hours. Best part, most insurance agents sell policies and forget nominations part because that requires visit, but point is if one bought insurance then nomination is equally important else buying death insurance we are putting more burdens on who we left behind, Xavier followed up and helped us on the policy nominations, even those that he didn’t sell us but were sold by other agent. I am glad I engaged Xavier and Dollar Bureau to fine tune my portfolio to reduce my commitment, while improving my coverage
