A tiny little part of my Switch 2 shell came broken. Its a really sensitive little part so Its breaks easily, even on the original hardware. I send them an email about it and they responded immediately. They're sending out a replacement. The product is really great, and their customer care is amazing! If you want to get some really great custom hardware, I would definitely get it from Extremerate!
