Ben was very helpful. Made a good recommendation regarding my complaint but didn't offer medical advice, which is good. I'm not sure if the cream is really helping my knee, though, since the problem is not merely arthritis. I do use the cream as part of a multi-approach therapy when the pain is truly bad.
