Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We booked a number of flights to the USA last August 2022. We were given all the confirmation etc and took our first flight to LA. (No problems) Our second flight LA to LV we had to pay for AGAIN as American Airlines had said this particular flight had not been paid for even though FLIGHTGURU had charged us and issued the flight details. We complained bitterly and asked for a refund on return in early September 2022. We are still waiting today for our money as they keep fobbing us off. I’ve now written to the BBC programme and National press to help, along with Citizens Advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
