Didn't work
Had an SSD fail, ran the recovery scan and was told there were plenty of recoverable files. Purchased the software, and none of the files were properly recovered. Then asked to pay an extra $10 for advanced recovery tool, did that, still didn't work. Then paid an additional $10 for RepairIt tool, that didn't work either. It feels very scam-like to be constantly plied for more money and never get any results. Edit: Thank you for your response, Wondershare. How do I send files to you?
