They are awful. The product did not work and they refused to refund me. The microphone didn’t work and refused to connect to a UK network Do not buy from this company. They have a UK website but based in China which is what I wanted to avoid for this exact reason. Returns have to go back to China at our own expense. In response to their reply below: They keep blaming the sim The sim is unlimited data, the camera works for an hour and then stops working. You then reset it and it starts working for an hour and then stops again They are trying to get out of paying for the shipping to replace the faulty camera. There was nothing in my email chain with them saying that I ran out of data. It’s unlimited!! And I have perfect reception They were even blaming me for not being able to insert the Sim properly. There are other reviews from them below with people with the same problem and them trying to worm their way out of not honouring a refund and postage for faulty items. Very very tedious
