Outstanding customer service from start to finish! I recently ordered from Wattcycle and unfortunately ran into a mix-up where the wrong item was sent to me. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them—and Wattcycle blew me away with their responsiveness. I reached out to customer support and connected with Talia via email. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, her emails were incredibly pleasant, polite, and very helpful from the very first reply. Instead of making me jump through hoops, she took immediate ownership of the mistake and made sure the issue was corrected right away. It is rare to find this level of genuine care and efficiency in online customer support these days. Thanks to Talia’s fantastic help, a frustrating situation was turned into a great experience.
