No service after buy
I bought a vacuumcleaner, after 2months it broke. Apparantely you have to repair the robot yourself with Parts they send you 6months and dozens of mails later i haven't recieved any Parts. Something always went wrong and it was not their fault. They refuse to send me a new one. No customer service. This is not normal.
