Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. I placed an order on their online store for an ergotron lx which turned out to be out-of-stock but was not delisted from their website so I requested a refund. After 3 weeks and numerous follow-ups I still have not been refunded. They gave me the runaround every time I followed up and now they completely stopped replying to my email. Now I have to go to claims court to get my money back.
