Excellent Service
Looking for particular watch type online, City Watches NZ came up. The range was large and prices better than other potential sources. Went through online purchase detail and confirmation of order placement emailed through more-or-less immediately. This was followed by emailed updates on shipping and expected ETA. Product delivered to address two days prior to notified ETA. Packaging and condition could not be faulted. Exactly as ordered and promised. Delivery approx 1 week after order placement. Was not aware that City Watches NZ was likely Singapore based and therefore a bit unsure as to credibility, but actual service and overall communication has been excellent.
