First I was hesitant about the product but I purchased it anyway. I had been using it for a few days and really starting to love it. At some point when I was tapping my little mushroom applicator, the cover over the makeup pushed down and I had makeup kind of oozing out of the sides!! I was a little upset! But I contacted customer service and they were outstanding! They're replacing the makeup for me. I've heard back from three or four different people and they are kind and more than willing to help you! They said it might take a couple days because they were very busy. I got a response within 15 minutes! Excellent customer service. That's all I can tell you. My new makeup is on the way and I can't wait to receive it!
