My Indigo experience.
I was travelling with my 84 year old mother from Kannur to Bengaluru on 24th March, 2023. Starting from Mr.Sanoop at the check in counter at Kannur, the Indigo staff were so refreshingly, so amazingly good. My mother needed wheel chair assistance, which was given at all points with great care. The cabin crew were very nice, courteous and kind. My mother enjoyed the experience immensely.
