I appreciated the fact that IDA was in contact with me VERY often, however there were some issues that I believe could have been performed in a more efficient manner. I received about half of their communications in Spanish. I wrote to them pointing to the fact that while I spoke Spanish, and because idioms and other types of "dichos" are generally related to different forms of Spanish, I continued to received the mail in Spanish. Finally, rather than sending my license to the address I had given them, they sent my license to another address that was 40 kilometers away. As a result, a friend had to get a copy of my license and governmental ID and go to another place.
