Long long wait
I was at the bank yesterday at UOB AMK. I waited 2 hours with 12 customers before me. The numbers starting from O8xx were buzzed with intervals of about 25mins while the other numbers starting from 1xxx and 9xxx kept buzzing. I feel the queue ticket system is . inefficient. I took a queue no from ocbc and had 31 customers before me and yet I was called within the 2 hours. I am extremely dissatisfied with the officer at the front counter who dispensed the queue tickets as she was not helpful.
