Appalling experience
Appalling experience Taxi did not wait to pick us up. Said we were over 45 mins wait time from when plane landed although no mention of this is made on booking as we would not have booked as it is impossible to get through Miami in 45 mins. Offered to send driver later if we paid additional charges. Not heard anything since despite requests for reimbursement No refund of any description has been offered. They merely replied with ok when I said I would complain. Formal complaints made. Avoid them at all costs Thank you for your response When the booking was confirmed it states at least 45 mins and makes no mention of additional charges. We were in constant text contact with the driver and controller. The driver did not politely advise us he was leaving. There was no message from him to this effect. It was only when we had waited at the pick up exit door for 10-15 mins and further chased by text that the controller told us the driver had been released and if we wanted him to take us we would have to pay additional charges and that he could only pick us up later at an unspecified time as he was dealing with another booking. I have screenshots of all the text conversations which have been sent to Booking.com When I refused to wait further and asked about reimbursement I received no further substantive replies
