I mistakenly purchased the wrong color…
I mistakenly purchased the wrong color covers and wanted to return and buy a second set in the correct color. I mailed the originals back in late June and they arrived in Poland customs on August 20, 2022. They are still in customs over a month later. I have continually asked customer service to help by contacting customs to inquire as to what the issue is. I don't speak the polish language so can't contact customs and speak to them. BUYER BEWARE. If something goes wrong with your order it's very expensive to ship back and customs can keep your package indefinitely. I'm now out $215 US for covers and $100 US for shipping. Very disappointed with the help customer service has given to me.
