Awful: you have been warned!
Awful. They took my money then said no buses available then have no avenue for recourse. Their help email replied they no longer reply to email. Their account access requirsss code to cell phone but they can’t (won’t) send code. Leaving me no recourse because but to deny payment through my credit card.
