The return policy is not followed and is ignored. Reviews are false! The site advertises a 7-day return policy for any reason. I received an item that did not work as it was intended and I was having connectivity and software update issues with the device. I asked for a return within 7 days (return for any reason timeline). The Company rep kept going in circles while asking me repeatedly to send them a video of the fault, which is impossible to do. First I am using the device to do updates which I presumably would have to use for filming at the same time (head scratcher there). Second, they wanted me to take a video of the device being connected to the car which takes about 15 minutes, but the device had to be added every time because it would not stay connected, or drop while driving, which would making the video of the problem impossible. Again connecting and filming at the same time using the same device??? Finally, I wrote a review about the item, and obviously, it was a bad one, because it does not work for android ( I don't know about the iPhone it probably works OK for the iPhone based on what my car was doing), but my review never showed up and all the reviews that are shown are 5 stars only, as every review for every product they sell. Maybe some of the products they sell are 5-star quality, but based on my experience this is fraud in the review and the return process. Hoping PayPal refunds my money because integrity is completely missing from management and Customer Service. Stay away
