Good VIP customer service
Ok, so now I have received a refund a true review. I had to wait some time for the bar stools, they came separately and the quality was poor. I was back and forth trying to sort out returns, then had to write a positive review and in order to get the refund. To be fair the customer service was good, regular communication and refund. It’s a shame the bar stools were of poor quality.
