I have no idea what kind of product this company supplies because my order was placed on 8/2/2022 and I have yet to receive anything. Today is 8/30/2022. In my book that is unacceptable. I have reached out to the company and get no response. I would like a refund at this point. To wait for a month with no notice saying it was going to be late is not an acceptable practice for any company. Bad customer service. The only tracking I have received is from the company and it says it has arrived at destination airport and cleared customs. the date is 8/23/2022 that is a week ago. Even coming from California I receive items within 4 days. So no excuses.
