NCSA College Recruiting I began my membership with NCSA in 2021 for my oldest daughter. At the time, I did not realize how difficult it would be to work with this company or how challenging it would be to end the membership. My daughter has been in college for approximately 2.5 years and no longer needs or uses NCSA services. I attempted to cancel my membership in 2023 and have made multiple attempts since then to end the service. Despite these repeated requests, I have been told that I cannot cancel. I recently discovered that NCSA has continued charging me a $35 monthly fee. When I contacted them again to cancel, I was once more informed that cancellation is not allowed. I do not use these services, do not want these services, and have made repeated good-faith efforts to cancel my membership. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I am simply asking for my membership to be canceled and for the charges to stop. I hope NCSA will address this issue and improve their customer service and cancellation process.
