Don't expect any service, they brake it.
Don't expect any service. One star is too much. They don't have any service department, in case of annual check, you go to their shop but they don't employ mechanic to know about their scooter. Instead of fixing it, they actually even break it. They tried to repair my brakes and instead they broke it, and I figured that out in the middle of my drive, on the crossroad! These machines are extremely dangerous for the traffic. I couldn't even get in touch with their customer service, no reply to my report. I am not even sure they have any department like that. Awful.
