RUN AWAY
I sent multiple emails requesting bank statements from the past 10 months and finally received a response after nearly a month of me emailing over 30+ times. I was informed I would be charged $20 per month for each statement within the past year after being a loyal customer for the past 6 years! I will no longer be banking with UOB and neither should anyone else. Their customer service is horrendous as is everything else in SG so why should I be surprised
