Beautiful Dresses— Poor Customer Service
The dresses are beautiful and great quality. But Customer Service is not up to par. They made excuses why my small dress had to be right— I think I’d know if one dress fits the same child and the other doesn’t. They haven’t answered my response to figure how to get a new dress — so I remade dress from smaller child…to fit granddaughter. I was going to order more dresses for more granddaughters. (I had already purchased three). But if you can not trust customer service to make things right, then future business with me is def. hindered! Trust is key in sales.
