Misleading…they use pictures of professional mascots to advertise, then they try to reproduce. Doesn’t look like the picture and very poor quality! They will offer you a refund, but you have to pay shipping. We had an estimated shipping cost of $130! After several back and forth emails, they finally gave me a 50% refund, but only after we told them it was clear they falsely advertised. We are hoping to take the head to someone who can fix it for us where it looks something remotely close to what we thought we were ordering. Don’t waste your money with this company.
