This is a review for hear.com Malaysia. DO NOT BUY from them unless you want to spend RM10+ to have no after-sale service. A hearing aid is a very personal device that should be fine-tuned to individual, not a cookie-cutter method for every person. We now have a device here that has proven to be malfunctioned but when sent back to them, they simply did a cleaning and mailed it back to us without any follow-up. We did not use common sense when making this purchase, we should have known that online companies like this WILL not be as responsive as what a physical hearing centre can offer. Price-wise, there is no difference if you make the comparison so why let online agents (what they repeatedly claim to be now to push away responsibilities away) like this get the sale when physical hearing centres can offer better services.
