I used to had a 100L SSODD oven
I used to had a 100L SSODD oven, a big oven with a wire terribly short behind, only 15 inches long. I've been contact their customer service (from the time I buy, customer service is easier to get through) regarding this problem, they says the wire is fix, if I change it, I will lost their warranty. By the way, I'm not using the oven frequently, after 2 years the oven temperature is going wrong. It's very hard to find a technician to fix even I contact their customer service, their customer service only can be reach by leaving message at their page. After waiting for few weeks, no any feedback at all, any reminder for receipt of email message also no. So, I had decide to throw the oven away. Disappointing with this brand. Not for the second time.
