PERMA BAN
I recently received a permanent ban from my account, but I believe there has been a misunderstanding. A friend of mine created a new account on the platform as a prank and pretended to be someone else. He contacted me to schedule a game, and when we played, he sent me a PayPal payment without asking for my permission. He already had my PayPal information from outside the platform and wanted to avoid the site’s fee. I never requested or accepted off-site payments, and as soon as I realized what was happening, I finished the session and left. Later, he reported me and claimed that I had asked for the PayPal payment, which is not true. I’ve been a member of E-Pal for five years and have always followed the rules and maintained a positive reputation. It feels unfair that my account was permanently banned because of this misunderstanding, while the new account of my friend that caused the issue is still active. Please review my case again — I would really appreciate it if you could take my long and positive history on the platform into consideration.
