Better company motto is "Jetpac was created to create your travel problems, period." Do you want to get stuck in the middle of Africa without any Internet and any help solving it? Then get this Jetpac eSIM. I got this one especially because it was stated that there is coverage in both my destinations - Zambia and South Africa. And for all five days in Zambia I needed to chat with Jetpac, who answered me with hours of delay and stopped the chat every time when I couldn't reply within minutes. I was able to chat with them only via WiFi, but ofc I couldn't do it all the time during my travels. And in the end, my connection in Zambia worked for 1.5 hours or something out of all 5 promised days. And with support chatting I spent like 15 hours or so?? And okay, when I later moved further to South Africa and everything started working, I asked for a half refund, since it didn't work in Zambia, but still I'd like to use it in South Africa. And what did they do? They fully cancelled my eSIM package and refunded half. They did it in the middle of our conversation and then asked, "Is there something we can help you with?" HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO ANSWER YOU IF YOU JUST STOPPED MY INTERNET IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION WITHOUT ANY WARNING??? Worst ever experience. Please look for other eSIM providers, especially if your destination is in Africa.
